Hey Everyone,
Well I fixed my mother-in-laws tv, it was two 1000ufd caps and a 330ufd cap. Both were on main pcb. Don't have schematic so I don't know what part of circuit they pertained too. Trouble system was upon power up static in audio and tv would power cycle.
