| This is the TV with the Bose sound system and the digital chassis. Before failing there was a loud thumping noise through the speakers, the sound got weak and tinney, then silence. All within 5 seconds. All three spekers are dead. All other functions are fine. Zenith Z tips said to check the Bose power supply, but didn't specify what board that is on. There is a small board that the speaker cables hook up to which has Bose printed on it. Maybe that is it. 9-569 is the board number. Of course there are several other audio control boards interconnected, 9-387 and 9-553. Any help would be appreciated to get me started in the right direction. to trouble shoot this. |
