Problem: No audio Output
All B+ voltages are present. Hybrid chassis with tube output and drive. Output tube seems saturated: overheating. - and+15v on op amps. Output and 24v transformers conducting. Owner said he tried tubes. Do not have print or tubes. Has anyone come across these symptoms? Should I try both new tubes at once?

Bad electrolytic(s) and/or a resistor may have changed in value.
