I have a Coby 32" LED Model TFTV3225 the Picture is jumping I have took it apart and did not notice any bad capacitors I have attached a picture.

looks like the symptom of a bad T-con.
Try re-seating all of your cables first.
Not familiar with your model to know whether it has a separate T-con board or not.
