I brought a CRT Sony KVHR32M31 and when they delivered the TV I think they dropped it. The picture is like this. Can you tell me if it can be repaired





When I put it on a channel with no picture on it like AV (meaning nothing is not plug into AV) it is like this.



Does anyone know what is wrong with the TV and how big of a problem it is.

looks like you have it sitting next to some unshielded speakers?

You could try degaussing.

Nope got no speakers next to it.
Also how to you degaussing it.

Either the yoke has pulled back too far on CRT neck OR, unfortunately, detached shadow mask inside the tube (non-repairable). Wink

This is an Australian model. How old is this set? If it is new, take it back or have it serviced by an authorized servicer under warranty.
