I have a 27" RCA tv made in 1991 chassis number ctc169cf and model number f27227em. My girlfriend had left it on all night long and when we woke up it was dead. no sign of life at all. It just went out in the middle of the night, any ideas?

Update on it, I found a fuse blown, I went to my local radio shack and bought a new one, it blew the new one as soon as I plugged it in

check for a shorted bridge recitfier and check for any caps that are leaking
