DGM (Digimate) 32" LCD TV LTV-3204H I'm using this as a PC monitor. The problem started as high pitched whine that died away after a minute or less, and only occured when it was first turned on or came out of power save mode. The sound disappears if the volume is set to zero. The TV then got stuck in standy by with the pilot light orange. Sometimes, it will work again for a while.
I have been offered a replacement main AV board for £25 ($40). Is this likely to cure it or is the PSU a separate unit? I'm not very techie so board level repair is beyond me. Many thanks for any help. |
