I have an Emerson lc320em82s that has standby light

when I turn the tv on the green light will blink for about 10 seconds then turns to a rapid blink and goes back to standby.

I replaced the backlight inverter board and nothing changed. I'm not getting any sort of picture or light on the screen only the red standby light and the green power light.

I dont have a service manual, can anyone help with this problem? Thanks
