Alright well it was turning its self off and back on now it won't turn back on ... i was able to hit it on the monitor at one time and make it come back on... just wondering what i need to replace and how to fix and about how much it it would cost ....and if you forgot it's a GE model 31GT660 and the chassis no. is CTC187CH3

you need to resolder the tuner ground joints.
