I have replaced CX3212 and CX3213, the picture shifted to the right after I replaced the caps. They are the correct value. Any ideas of what is next to replace?

No, the service menu parameters are fine. The picture will not move at all with the adjustments. It is shifted about 4 inches to the right with some ghosting in the picture.
