HI i have another question with another tv...it a RCA 27in proscan...I thought it was going to be a easy fix,I was thinking it was going to be just a fuse,but that not the case, the tv will not turn on at all i had the back off and when i plug it in it sounds like you can hear a slight chirping sound? the model number is ps27113 and the chassis#169cl5 does anyone know what this problem would be or where i could start? i have been having bad luck with tv's thanks!! no power light, no screen, no sound...
