the convergence is poor at start-up (at cold start), but after warm-up 1 hour or more i am able to set the convergence and tv return to normal.
I replaced the 3 convergence IC's, re-do many solder-points.
but problem on cold-start is still there,
Hitachi 60sx2k chassis#AP24

check the capacitors that feed the 24V supply
