Hello all looking for some help with a Tv.

Make - Hitachi
Model - L40C205
power supply part number - RSAG7.820.1673/ROH VER. F
Mainboard part number - RSAG7.820.2107/ROH VER. B
Touch control board part number - RSAG7.820.1833/ROH VER.B

Tv was out on curb for trash a few houses up from me so I snagged it in hopes to save it from the dump.When I plugged it in the tv was completely dead.I removed the back hoping it was just some bad caps on the power supply.What i found was 3 things. The 6.5amp glass fuse was blown and 2 components where cracked.At this point I ordered a power supply from ebay.Now with the power supply replaced the light on the front comes on red.This tv has "touch" controls on it and when i touch where it says power the light on front remains red and nothing happens. I do not have the remote and i tried several universals none of which i got working.I checked for voltages on the power supply connects.At the 5v_s pins i have 4.77 and 4.88 volts.On the stb pin i have 2.09 volts.I don't see any voltage on any other pins,nor any voltage changes on pins when i touch power.I bought a used "working" mainboard to try but that produced the same resuts. i am looking for any help i can get to try and get the set working. I'll post pictures of the boards as well as the connectors on the power supply.Thank you in advance.

this connector goes to mainboard only voltage i see is on 5v_s(both) and stb


this connector goes to the mainboard.....no pins show voltage


this connector goes to backlight inverter board...no pins show voltage.

See IF the people "a few houses up" have the remote.

Lots of capitalization and punctuation problems and/or many run-on sentences. I'm struggling to understand.
