Hi. I recently purchased an Insignia NS-P42Q-10A (samsung guts). It had sound but no picture. I found a burnt chip on the y-buffer. Changed y-buffer. Tv now working fine except for a small vertical line on the screen. The line is about 1/16 inch wide and is only visible on the upper half of the screen. The bottom half of the screen is fine. It changes color depending on the picture on the screen but is red when the screen is dark and green when the screen is light but can vary in color also so that sometimes it is hard to see. I would really like to get rid of this line as I cant stop staring at it and am sure it cant be good for the screen. Does anybody have any ideas? The y-buffer seems to control left to right bars. Could it be something with the x-buffer? Money is tight so the less parts I have to repair the better. Any help would be very much appreciated. Thanks
