Hey Guys this morning I ran across a JVC 40 inch at a yard sale. The guy said it powered on (which it does) but didn't have a picture. He got it out of a storage unit he bought. He said I could have it for $5 lol. So I went ahead and bought it hoping I could fix it. I'm not a TV guy but I do mess with electronics somewhat ( cable boxes , modems, Xbox) so I'm not a complete idiot when it could to electronics.

Anyways the TV powers up , you can hear it click when the power button is pressed , but I get no picture or backlight from the LCD.

Could someone point mein the right direction as to what it could be or what I should check? I know my description is quite vague but I'm hoping someone can help.

Any sound? (Intelligent audio with the appropriate input connected/selected)?
Any "flashing" LEDs?

I have no sound..there is a glass fuse right next to the power cord.. I checked it with my test light and have power on both sides..
