please can you assist me with my JVC LT55N4000 TV.
It was working fine then 1 day I switched it on and it froze while booting up.
I switched it of and on manually but after that I only get picture on 1 HDMI channel and no sound.
All the buttons on the side of the TV are no longer responsive and the remote is not responsive as well.
I tried using the reset code I found online which involved using the Menu,Volume and power keys.
I also don't have a manual with this TV
