I have a Kyocera K132 cell phone that does not come on and upon further diagnosis when 4.5 volts is applied to the battery input the voltage drops to a little above 1 volt and that is without even trying to turn it on, it does not have no resistance between + and - battery terminals I probably will not be able to fix this will I? I should mention that I already have the main board out and not connected to the screen. I would assume that all cell phones draw a little current even when off and not used.
