Hi, I need help for repairing TV LG 21FB7RG-TH.

actually I'm not an engineer, it's my friend, but he don't speak english, and also he don't know how to use the internet, so he asked me to do a favor for him.

1. first he need a service manual and schematic for the LG 21FB7RG-TH, I hope anybody here would kindly please share it with us :P

2. and then he said that he has did some repair to the tv, and all things works well except the sound. there is no sound comes out from the speaker, and he wonder whats wrong with the tv, which part of it might be damaged? any clues? he thought maybe it's locked by the system, since the volume can only set through the remote control, and he don't know what is the secret code to activate the sound from the tv, so anybody knows the secret code of this type of tv? or are there anything else he can do?

3. does the ic RB631-9R affect to this issue?
