Hi, Experts
I have the following problem - everything works on the TV, except any moving picture (for example trying to play a movie on Netflix or YouTube). All the menus render fine, Netflix app loads fine and shows the menus and pictures of the movies, but when the movie should start playing the picture is distorted "show" like, the menus render just fine on top of the distorted picture.
TV- LG 65UF6490 LCD, 2 years old
TV is jus a big picture frame currently  Do you have any advice on what could be failing? |
