I have a Magnavox model# 39me313v/f7 s/n ds3a1344136395, power board # ba3at0f0102 2 The unit does not turn on, it has no lights blinking or on, I have checked both boards for any obvious damage, found nothing, good power in and fuse is good. I've done minor repairs to other boards that had obvious caps blown, but I see nothing wrong here at all. Any help will be appreciated, Thanks .

Sounds like Funai-made. If so, board should have voltage/test points marked.
See if any are present.

I have looked for voltage points and they are not marked on the board, I have played with other tv's that have had voltage points marked. Thanks for the flow chart I will look into that tomorrow.
