My JVC AV-36150 has a horizontal line (Usually Blue) at first
for a few minutes before gradually developing into a clear,
but sometimes shaky picture!
Any ideas of what my problem might be??? Sad

Yes, I'd try the link above first. I suspect you probably have a bad capacitor though if it slowly fills the screen up as it warms up. Probably an electrolytic located right next to the vertical IC.
