My zenith z32x84r tv works GREAT for a while maybe 24 hours then it will shut off on its own and will NOT turn back on. But if I wait a few days some times longer it will turn on and work like new for 24 hours. I have no idea and would like some help on this. When it wont turn on it sounds like its making an effort by making a click type noise but doesn't turn fully on...any ideas are helpful.

I've researched and I tested and I believe I narrowed it down to the ICX3431 and I have no clue were to purchase this item. anyone have a clue?
