OLEVIA 237-T12

This TV worked fine up until about a month ago. Now I get a blue screen indicating no signal after about 15 min. of normal use. If I turn the TV off and back on again I get about 15 min. more, and then no signal blue screen again. I thought the logical thing to do was replace the receiver board, so I did that and I am still having the same problem. I checked all the capacitors, because I read that is a common problem with OLEVIA TV's, and they all looked fine as far as I can tell (I'm no expert). Question

Regarding capacitors, Captain Obvious says ...

By using ONLY your eyes you can spot virtually 100% of the visibly (exploded/puffed/leaking) BAD ones.

By using ONLY your eyes you can spot virtually 0% of the visibly GOOD ones that are BAD in actuality.

Neutral

Monitor the power supply voltages one at a time and see if one (or more) change when the problem occurs.

shopjimmy shows it as the main board. I will have to look more into the capacitors as I did only check them visually.
