Panasonic 32" (200 pound) TV
Model No. CT-32SC14J
Chassis No. BP411
Serial No. ME42110156
Manufactured July 2004

Completely dead.
No response with remote or with tact switch on front of TV.
Opened case and am not sure where to start.
Small glass fuse looks good, not black and wire looks to be in tact inside.

My father-in-law had it repaired six months ago for same exact symptoms. Receipt says *repaired all bad connection at main board *check all over (I know this was vague at best)

thank you for any help you might offer

Symptom: Dead, no clicks, no LED

Check IC001 and IC005 pins 2&3 for low resistance (ohms).
IC001 is a 84 Pin flat pack mounted on the conductor side of the "A" board.
IC001 is a 4 pin ic mounted on the component side of the "A" board.

Hope this helps

Jesse
