Hello recently my Panasonic CT-32SL14 TV blew a fuse. No problem, I went to radio shack got a new fuse and replaced. When I plug the tv in, it works fine, the factory set volume (very low) works and I can change channels through a cabel box. My front control center is not working however and the red light does not come on, hence I cannot adjust the volume or channels through the control panel or the remote controls. I tried hitting the "action/channel up" buttons at the same time and also tried hitting the "action/volume up" buttons as well. These were in the instruction manual to try to unlock. When I first plug the tv in the 6 menu items appear on the screen with a message that says "picture menu locked". If anyone knows what I need to do to get the front control panel to turn on again, it would be appreciated, thank you in advance.

Owner's manual, pages 16 & 20 (pay attention to TV screen size) explain how to lock/unlock.
