Panasonic 53wx53g is flashing led 5 times. This indicates an ic4511 issue. I read to check voltages into the board. There is none on the 2.5, 5, or 9v lines. There is also none on the 20v supply coming out of board d. Will there even be dc voltage once the tv goes into protect? where do I go from here? Any help is appreciated.
