The 10 blink error can be caused by several boards such as the Sub 5V on the A board, Or the Sub 3.3 V on the SN board, the Sub 9V SSboard, and also the tuner power P Board. You will need to trouble shoot and see which supply is missing or not correct

Laugh if you will, but how do you troubleshoot w/o the picture working? (Yes, I'm a female. However my TV is doing the same thing.)

The voltages have to be checked on the various boards mentioned above which ever voltage supply is missing or incorrect will be which is causing the no start situation.
