I just got this used tv in trade brought it home and plugged it in and it worked just fine but now suddenly last night I turned it on and there was sound but no pic I fiddled with the "Action" button on the front of the tv and it eventually came on...same thing happened again tonight...then when it did come on I was watching it for a while but it blacked out again.
Please tell me it's not an expensive fix.

I would think that it is poor connections on the vertical ic.

well guess what I sent an email to Panasonic, didn't hear from them and decided to put the tv out by the road and a few days later Panasonic contacted me and said to try a reset holding in the Action button while turning the tv on..something like that but too late tv was already long gone :( wonder if it would have worked but kinda hopeful it wouldn't cuz that would just be sad
