I have a philips flat screen and the only thing it does is flash a green light on the power switch there is no relay switching or anything which led me to believe there is something wrong with the power supply but upon inspection nothing seems out of the ordinary no cold solder joints and no bubbled caps or leaks. the power supply board number is (3138 103 6282.1) any help would be greatly appreciated.
