So I picked up this tv cheap on craigslist.
The tv has what I'd describe as a vertical shaking (previous owner called it a flutter) on the upper and bottom third of the screen. The center shows no issues.
This is also accompanied by low hum. Previous owner said the problem was intermittent. I've not seen the problem go away.
I've repaired my share of audio equipment but this is my first time attempting a tv and I'm not sure which direction to head in to begin repairs.
Thoughts? |
