| We have a Philips 47' LCD, model 47PFL5432D/37 that the hdmi ports stopped working with the computer. It has worked fine for the past year and then one day we got the message of "no signal". I read some posts about updating the firmware, we did it and still no signal. We called Philips help desk and they said they will not support this unit. They recommend we contact a local service company. Does anyone know if somehow the ports ports got disabled in some type of maintenance level? Or is there some type of onboard test we could perform to see the port status? Thx |
