When we had an RCA 20F514TD (ATC116 with no color sync) and a 20F424T (ATC106 with shutdown) a couple of weeks ago, everyone said no parts (board exchange only) and no service manuals for these. We ordered two As-is 20F514TD (ATC116) chassis's We repaired the pc board on one and used it to fix our 20F514TD and pulled the flyback from the other broken pc board chassis to fix the 20F424T (same # on ATC116 and ATC106 flybacks).

The main ic (IC201, 64 pin on top of board) used in the ATC116 has the following numbers on it: 13-TAC116-02M01 8893CSBNG6R38. The ATC106 has been picked up so I don't know what ic's it uses. If you mean a different ic, give me the location #.
