Hello everybody. I am working on a RCA CTC117C with no start up (dead). Fuse good, diodes good, horizontal op good, scr checks good. I have 150 Volts on pin 1 HV transformer, voltage to the scr and voltage on the collector of horizontal OP. Anyone give me some help on this. TIA

Carl, Time Machine. Check R668 in the Mtt001A.
If OK Check for bad solder in that Board.

Carl, I also found this on my old Tips that may help.
Check C672 (220 uf 25v) may be open of dry. This can cause the 16v standby to be low about 7 volts instead of the Normal 16v.
