My RCA D52130 CTC211A Chassis will not come on! It just makes a clicking sound and the On button green led lights up momentarily. The same when using TV button or remote.

I have researched on riddledtv.com

NOT FOR SURE WHICH APPLIES

1.)
D52130-JX1 A CTC211A Horizontal No start-up Replaced T14751

2.)
D52130-JX1 A CTC211A System Control No start-up Resoldered open R13141

Where can I find a schematic for this model/Chassis TV to Replace T14751 or resolder open R13141?

Any and all help would be appreciated!

Thanks,
Google

Those aren't guaranteed to fix your tv but those are markings you'll find on the circuit board itself.

What marking are you referring to? Can you specify? I did not get the marking or diagram.

T14751 and R13141 are the markings you should look for silkscreened onto the circuit board.

What would be causing the TV to actually not come on most of the time? I actually got it to come on 3 times in the past month. However, I must leave it on all day.

Is this a solder break or replacement item needed?

Thanks for all your help!

Yes, I'd start with the components we already specified.
