I have a RCA F044C30BF Chassis ITC222 in my shop. I normally don't work
on big screens but this one is family.
When it is plugged in to house line voltage (124 volt AC ) It will blink
the power light three times and shut off. When I plug it into the Vari-Act
at 100 Volt AC it will power up and looks good. I can turn the Voltage up
to 120 and the picture slightly tears. I think I am looking at a bad B+
regulator. Does any one have a different idea of what is wrong. I see a
lot of post on this chassis it looks like it has a lot of problems.
