I have a RCA 36" TV model f35673mb. When we try to turn on the TV we hear a clicking noise almost like a relay clicks. I pulled the back cover and it appears to be sparking on top of what I believe is the flyback transformer. Any thoughts on what might be causing the problem. If it's the flyback, any tips on how to safely replace?

replace the flyback: discharge, de-solder, replace, resolder
