The remote sensor on my Toshiba 32AF43 is shot. Fixing it is too costly. Does anyone know if you can buy some type of external remote control device for a TV that you can use instead of the built-in one? Trying to find a cost-effective solution for this. Thanks!

Theres no alternatives that I can think of that would be less costly than replacing the remote sensor. I suppose you can get a 3 yr old to press the buttons for you, but that solution is more costly on very different levels. Why do you think fixing the remote sensor is too costly?
