Where did you purchase the thermistor? I need the exact same part to repair the main power board of my Samsung DLP LED tv, but haven't been able to find it anywhere online.

Thanks! You saved me a huge headache. Our main TV's been out of commission for about a month, and I'm starting to have withdrawal.

Just Googled NT801S (generic part #) - found site I recognized (Sears - which listed Samsung part #) - once I had Samsung part #, I could try any Samsung supplier I desired. You just have to be more persistent.

How do you know that you need the NT801 thermistor? I think it is normal for this part to get hot. Mine is running about 260F.
I have a HLP5063w and it is cutting off unless I run a fan across the rear with the cover off. I changed out the ballast and bulb.
