I own a Samsung HCR4741W that I purchased at a garage sale a few weeks ago. The person I bought it from had the repair order slip from the local TV repair shop when he sold and since he decided not to have it fixed, I thought "Great" I will fix it myself and save some money but unfortunately I cant find the part anywhere. The part is called a Power Deflection Board and the Samsung Part number is BP94-01259E. Any help in finding this part would be greatly appreciated! Thanks,

Found this listed at Union Electronics. What makes you think the power module is defective?

It is also listed as NLA at partstore for $124.00 http://www.partstore.com/Part/Samsung/Samsung/BP9401259E/New.aspx, so I'd check with Union for current status.

He probably trusts the info on local repair shop's repair order slip. Rolling Eyes

Yes I do trust the repair shops diagnosis, they are an authorized samsung repair facilty if it makes any difference. The problem is that the tv wont turn on, the little red light on the front comes on when plugged in but as soon as you push the on/off button there is a click sound as if the tv is going to turn on but nothing happens, no sound or picture.
