This unit was made using four different lamp's.. smile!!
Confirm on the lamp door which one you have.

Toshiba = 100W White sticker
Phillips = 100W Red Sticker
Phillips = 120W Orange Sticker
Osram = 120W Green Sticker

The lamp and ballast must match or you will have short lamp life.

Clear as mud??? Laughing Laughing

Hope this helps

Thanks Jesse,

It is the Red sticker, Phillips 100W. The problem I have is that after we replaced the lamp about less than a year ago PN# BP96-00224J (Samasung replacement) we recently lost the picture.

You turn on after being off for a while and you get color picture for a short while ( 1- 2 minutes). THen there is noise on the picture and whitin a minute you loose the picture completely (Screen is balnk but audio available).
You then get then Turn on/off tones and the three led's cycle mentioned in the forum.

I am assuming its the ballast since it gets the next most wear and tear after the lamp.

regards
