Hi ..I originaly bought this tv about three months ago and i do use it alot..all the sudden when i turn it on the sound plays but the screen is blank,the lamp light does flash when i first turn the tv on but it always did that..i just wanna make sure its the lamp before i buy one...also it was a floor model when i got it so it already had some hours on it..

i called ciruit city and they said i was under warranty with samsung,called samsung they said i wasnt lol i dont know what to do

the guy said it isnt the lamp because the lamp is still lit up in the back and none of the led lights are on when the tv is

call circuit city again, if that doesn't satisfy you, call their corporate satisfaction number. They have been good to me in the past.
