Just got this new one in with vertical lines. They are going from top to bottom evenly spaced. Video and Audio seem OK.Tried checking for lose connections but nothing. Has anybody seen this or with relatively similar symtoms? Any info is helpful. |

Does turning the screen voltage down make any difference? |

2 years ago I have a similar problem with an Akai LCD TV,and the problem was the main board or digital board I replaced all the filters on that board but
the problem still there, and the only way to get that board was to go on Ebay
and purchased one that have a broken screen,I waited for that board from Fox for 2 years and never show up. |

I have a similar Samsung DLP and have the same problem. Evenly spaced green/white lines about 1.5" apart. I have been told I need to replace the DMD board which is about $500. I can't tell you for sure but it really upsets me. My TV is less than 4 years old and I figure fixing this and a new bulb sometime soon is almost not worth doing. I've seen new 47" TV's for $1100. |

Check the On Screen Display. If the colored lines go behind the OSD, replace the main pcb
