Hello, I have a Samsung 42" plasma(HP-T4254) which only has audio coming through the headphone jack. I just replaced the power supply board and that took care of the bad cap/on-off clicking issue, but did not seem to fix the no audio issue with the audio only coming through the headphone jack. Just wondering what a possible cause might be. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Internal Mute is OFF?

Yes, the internal mute is off and all of the other menu settings pertaining to audio are where they should be. Could the headphone jack have failed in the closed position?
