Samsung 46" LCD TV
Model LA46F81BDX

I have a TV about 8 years old which is exhibiting noise stripes with a 12 pixel spacing on the screen.
The fault occurs after about 10-15 min after switch on.

I have replaced bulging caps in the power supply with no effect (2nd time already, first time when 1 it was year old).

I've freeze sprayed the Main Board, FRC and T-CON to no effect.
I've replugged the main interconnect cables between the major boards too.

Sound is ok.
Remote is ok.
TV menu also affected.
Input mode does not affect the display corruption.
Input resolution is also not a factor. HD SD and analog in produce the same effect.

I suspect either the Main Board or FRC. It image itself looks ok if you disregard the random pixels.
I also suspect faulty ram somewhere or an LVDS issue which might explain the 12 pixel repeat pattern.

Any ideas to narrow down the issue would be appreciated.

?Fiber-Reinforced Concrete?

Remove FFC's to/from tcon - clean end contacts - reinsert FFC's.
It's easy & free, but I doubt will cure.

Since menu is involved, either tcon or panel driver.

FRC == Frame Rate Converter

Not sure what it does but might upscale everything to panels native res and framerate.

Also the "noise"/corrupt pixels vary with time. They are not static.
