Model: Samsung LN32A540P2DXZA – picture distortion all inputs

I have the Samsung LN32A540P2DXZA that has picture distortion with all inputs, no sound issues. I took to TV repair, which diagnosed as a bad PCB board, opted out of repair since the cost was about the same as a new unit.

I was able to locate a refurbished pcb board online at a reasonable cost, installed the new board, and the same symptoms occurred, which either means it’s not the pcb board, or coincidentally the replacement had the same issue.

If anyone has advice for further troubleshooting it would be greatly appreciated, I’m looking at this as a project, and thought it would be fun to try and take a crack at fixing.
