Hello,
I have a Samsung LN40B530PF7 (40 inch flat screen) and it has the dreaded flicker where the picture flashes from the correct picture -to no picture, in an even strobe manner. The sound is unaffected.

I found through research some other Samsung models have a jumper you can snip on the power supply and it will alleviate the problem This jumper evidently is labled JP852 but my jumper numbers only have the JW initials. Is there a JW jumper I can snip? Any idea what I can to do fix this beauty. Change power supply out? I love this TV.

Replace Inverter/power board.

OR

Replace PANEL & Inverter/power board.

You may want to correct your model number btw.
