After about 20 pushes of the power button, it powers up but doesn't turn on. Power light always blinks. I've checked all capacitors and resistors. I have not checked main components of the power supply. Wasn't sure about them since this is my first tv repair. I'm a computer repair guy. I'm guessing it's like the flyback.
