TV has about a one inch whitish bar across the top of screen with video info on it . ( Vertical fold over? ) When I went to one of the menus which is just a square box in the middle of screen .The 1st line of menu which was Picture something or other was very visible on the white bar . I have some electronic background and think it maybe the T- Con board any help would be greatly Appreciated . Thanks Mike
