1. Hi, I need help for TV Sanyo CG21YS2B, does anyone of you have the service manual for this type of TV?
2. I want to know what usually TV service engineers call the secret code that usually programmed inside the TV? like when we want to change some settings on the TV, we need to know the secret code, and then we type it on the remote control, and then there would be a menu appear on the TV, and then usually engineers can do or set something through the menu, what usually we call it? and I need the secret code for the TV Sanyo CG21YS2B.
