Hello there, Today I turned on my television to find that there were strange vertical lines on the side of my Tv. There have been no problems with the television so far. I am not very technically inclined, but my neighbor is and if i can find the problem, and the tool required the fix will be easy.

Model Number: DP26746

I desperately need a fix Ive already been to 2 other Tv repair sites and nobody has given me the time of day.
